Joshua has spent the last 15 years overseeing digital media for some of the world's best known media brands. Before founding Reqoop, he was SVP & GM of Social Media at MTV Networks. Having previously held positions at companies such as Atlantic Records and Fuse Networks, Joshua is taking his passion for developing experiences and entertaining people to luxury retail. When he isn't toiling away on finding great retail partners and making Reqoop awesome, he keeps himself busy playing with legos and watching dogs at Madison Square Park. You also might run into Joshua on the Lower East Side of New York, where he still treks to the old neighborhood where he was born to pick up fresh bialys. Yum!

Theresa left behind bulky parkas and the Pacific NW for college in the big city and has been a dedicated boutique shopper ever since. After 10 years of living in New York, she's excited to have achieved two of her dreams: starting her own company and having customized closets! She's worked for many years in the digital marketing and analytics space, helping major media companies build and understand their audiences. She was most recently the Director of Audience Development & Emerging Platforms at Lifetime Entertainment, where she was responsible for driving audience growth and insights across Lifetime Digital's properties.

Jeffry has an extensive career in fashion, retail and luxury, having worked as Chairman and President of Donna Karan International Inc., CEO of Marc Jacobs International and CEO and President of Oscar de la Renta Ltd. Currently Jeffry is the CEO of Ungaro, as well as the head and owner of Aronsson Group, a group formed to advise specifically on premium branded life‐style retail. Before joining Oscar de la Renta Ltd., Jeffry was a Partner at Aronsson and Kerker, a boutique firm specializing in legal services to entrepreneurs in need of business advice and solutions.

Georgina Hill has substantial experience in product development, strategic planning, and research for leading media and entertainment brands, including Discovery, AOL Entertainment, and Warner Music Group. Currently, Georgina is VP Digital Media at Discovery, where she focuses on developing Discovery's digital media products and audience in International markets, spanning 177 countries and 18 brands. After years spent living in Africa, Europe, and Asia, Georgina now lives in Washington DC, but enjoys plotting frequent trips to NYC.
